Digital Product Nature
All content on GPLAstra consists of digital, downloadable GPL-licensed products. Because access is granted instantly upon payment, refunds are only available in specific situations outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
We will consider a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged but your membership or purchase was not activated due to a payment or system error.
- A file you downloaded is corrupted or broken, and our team is unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
- You were billed twice for the same membership period or product.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after purchase or no longer wish to use the service.
- Your membership is still active but you haven’t used it.
- A product did not meet your expectations — we recommend reading descriptions before purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong item or are unable to install or configure it.
- Issues arise from your own hosting environment, theme conflicts, or third-party plugin incompatibilities.
- You cannot provide sufficient evidence to support your claim.
Membership-Specific Notes
Since our premium membership grants immediate access to the full content library, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. If you believe you have a valid exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with your order details, transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
Payment and Processing
Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method used, whether PayPal, Binance, or UPI. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account suspension.
